Continuing my series on people lacking common courtesy, if you think to

yourself, my cubical might be a good place to clip my finger nails, you would be incorrect.

While on the topic of hygiene, flushing the urinal and/or washing your hands are not optional activities when using the bathroom. Skipping the flush in no way absolves you from the need to wash your hands.
