74kg Olympic trials - is this correct format?

I may have this wrong, but this is my current understanding of how it will work for 2020 Olympic Trails.

If Lewis wants to earn the 74KG spot, he will have to:

1. Win a mini tournament that should/could include - Green, Nolf, Imar, Cenzo, Hall, Carr, Marinelli, Wick, Massa.

2. Beat Dake in a "semifinal" match - because Dake medaled (won) at a 2019 non Olympic weight.

3. Beat Burroughs in best 2 out of 3 series.
