I haven't found much better than where I am

30 minutes to a large (but not gigantic) city, with a booming economy. 50 minutes to a major/international airport. An hour to world class skiing. Fantastic hiking, mountain biking, and golf right out my front door. 300+ days of sunshine and no humidity.

The only think I'm missing is a large body of water.
