As long as you get 70 hours of sleep every 10 days you're good


and you can get those hours any way - regular sleep, naps during day, etc. This is coming from a sleep specialist that has written several medical papers on sleep patterns. Humans are biologically engineered for that amount of sleep. Also ready an interesting book called "Why we Sleep" that echoes the sentiment...
