A few years ago I had the best steak sammich ever at this place on River St

I think it's called Spanky's. They claim to have invented the chicken tender.

Last trip down, just a couple of months ago, I had the very best chicken sammich I've ever had at Treylor Park up on E Bay St. I've come to the conclusion that you can't have a bad meal in Savannah. Some really great food in that town.

Wife and I also found this little shop that makes macarons that were flippin amazing, just a couple of blocks around the corner from Treylor Park.

Like Anakulio, I've only ever stopped for lunch en route to Florida, so I've never had dinner in Savannah. All of the options I've listed were under $30 per plate.
