Several around here (MD burbs of DC and Balt) are about 20' in dia and cars

enter in the outer lane but don't turn sharply enough so they go into the inner lane, then repeat the process on the exit. Mo-rons. Almost got collected by an oblivious woman in a giant SUV once. She was utterly clueless
