Of course, the load bearing elements require more stringent control of curing and strength; usually monitored by control break cylinders for quality and strength if full, say 28 day (bell curve probability stuff) is to be shortcutted. The quality cylinders are broken to ensure the concrete does not set up too quickly, resulting in a weaker matrix.
