Honestly...I'm surprised they lasted this long.


They were looking for buyers maybe 5 or so years ago...and I don't believe the books were that great then.

Also a lot of rumors about other activities being run through there.

Ultimately though I think it was as hoosnowahokie stated...new landlords kind of pushed em out.
