I love the scan-bag-go

In terms of logistics (think UPS) they optimize not having to move things more than you have to. If I can scan something and bag it right away, it saves me time and effort.

It does take a bit of practice, but after 2-3 times I've got my routine down and know how to scan the more finicky barcodes.
