Should we expect to see less starters in this years Hokie/Southeast open?


The last 2 years we have seen a majority(or close to it) of our starters wrestle in Berglund. Living in Salem, I have selfishly enjoyed and praised this decision.

However, the 2 years before that I am pretty sure we had a dual the same weekend and a lot of our guys sat out the Hokie Open. We have the same situation this year with Mizzou on Saturday and the open on Sunday.

Additionally, we have a pretty dang tough schedule for the 1st 6 weeks of the season. Maybe even the toughest during that stretch?

Should we expect to see our starters given the option to rest that Sunday after the Mizzou dual?.
