Internet modem question. We switched feom


Cable to Hulu recently using a roku sick. We bought a netgear nighthawk c7000 modem. We still have to use Comcast internet and pay for 100mps. My service is spotty at best. The connection seems to be off and on causing a blurry picture then the picture cuts out entirely. My phone and laptop also will not download anything. I have reset the notes several times. Any tips for someone that basically only knows how to plug and play?
