Yes, van with equipment. Order from Tire Rack, and TR ships to installer.

In the NoVa area, their install cost is competitive with most brick-mortar shops. Install was $28/tire, or $112 total, and then 10% for AAA discount.

I've heard good & bad things about these mobile/van installers. Suppose you could get a lazy/unskilled installer (but this could also happen @ shop)..........but there are also concerns about the calibration. Since those machines are shaking around in the van, you never know if they're 100% accurate.
