Ok...so somebody help bring me into the 2000's, TV audio wise

I really almost completely don't care about TV audio. Currently, both TVs I routinely watch are listened to through the native speaker in the TV. I'm at the point where I'd like something a little better, mainly because I now sometimes listen to music through that TV (Pandora, etc.). And I have a couple of concert "films" to watch. I don't want to spend any money, and I don't need anything awesome....just a step up from the TV speakers. Also, don't want anything I have to mount, nothing too bulky. Although I would like to hear and feel a little base...

Current set up: TV, cable box, blu-ray player...

what's good, cheap, and probably most importantly, easy?
