Funny story in Mechanicsville (near RVA) recently. In Virginia, you can by a THC-less hemp product in a lot of gas stations that looks just like regular weed. Apparently some dude had it in his possession along with a bowl for smoking it when his sister got pulled for speeding. he was arrested and could have served some time for the possession charge but the judge found him not guilty because the crime lab stated that in testing the product, they did not have the ability to test levels specific enough to determine if the product was legal or not based on the threshold established by law.
