Never had reading glasses. Got a prescription for a slight astigmatism


11 yrs ago, age 47. About age 50-51 I failed an FAA eye exam - went from 20/15 to 20/25 in one eye and 20/30 in the other almost overnight. Since then my prescription has not changed, and I often pass my eye exam, without my glasses, at 20/20 or better. When tired, especially at night, is when I most need my glasses. They do have cheaters on the bottom now, though I never wear them at home, usually only when flying (legally required for me now).
