Hard Boiled eggs are the ONLY thing I use it for. I do 18 at a time

with the egg racks you can buy on Amazon. 3/4 cup of water in the bottom, 4 minutes at high pressure, then I unplug and let it sit for 4 minutes. Release pressure, put eggs in cold water bath. put in fridge. So much easier than the old boiling water routine. I've made TONS of hard eggs in my life too, and THIS is the easiest and fastest, hands-down.
