And the most important thing to remember....

It can happen to ANYONE, ANY KID. You never know who or when it will strike. Its hard to control your kid's interactions with others all day. Nothing to be ashamed of. It in no way means you all are dirty or anything. Could be the cleanest kid ever... Just happens.
