I'm just explaining the rules or sharing actual real world experiences.

I'm not saying that there is a "correct foot" to touch the bag. Not sure if that was you or someone else bu trust me when I say that isn't the case when playing first base and you're receiving a throw from the P, whether errant or not.

You can choose to believe me or not. I really don't care.
