Yeah...I'd NEVER use a first round draft pick

you can get 3 or 4 actual proven studs for every one hope/prayer.

The new thing we're seeing, where teams basically start over by selling everyone they have and stockpiling a huge number of picks is interesting, but I'll need to see it work once before hoping on board.
