Anyone ever loose their sense of taste? Ate some pizza last week and it


seems that on first bite the sausage had an unusually stringent/strong taste. My taste buds have been screwed since. From the first bite I noticed the taste was wacky different from my tongue. Most food now tastes bad once it hits the back of my tongue, though my sense of smell seems fine. Internet search indicated that bad sausage could possibly cause this, among other things including medications. Indications are that if my taste returns to 'normal', it could take anywhere from 3 months to 10 years (huh?). Anyone ever experience something similar to this?
