Actually there was a message from the school, maybe 2 weeks ago, about

kids not being allowed to go outside at recess unless they had pants and coats if the temperature was below.....I don't remember for sure. Maybe....40 F.

And my son does know the linkage between temperature, feeling cold and how clothes help in that occasion.....he just doesn't pay attention to any weather forecast.
