He's been coming to Spurs matches all season. Levy already tried to hire him twice in the past. He wouldn't have sacked Poch at this odd timing, and paid out 12 million to do it, unless he knew who he was going to get and who he could get. That's my take.
I figure we'll immediately see Dier starting in defensive midfield to protect that backline. Toby might re-sign, too, as Jose always wanted to bring him to Manchester United. Big thing is we need a right back in the January transfer window, and preferably Bruno Fernandez as well, assuming Jose likes him as much as Poch did.
