If I were king for a day, would bring every social service under the same branch of government. That would make it easier for the person who needs assistance to get it...think of it as "one stop" shopping. That would also link benefits to a single person.

Mistakes happen, but if you blatantly abuse the system, you're off for a year. Severe abuse, such as taking a trip to Hawaii, you're off the government payroll for a minimum of 10 years.
