I've never been a HC so I really don't know how these decisions are made or why. Fu gets a really nice paycheck and I'm pretty sure he wouldn't jeopardize that income on a really stupid hire. And he's not like Beamer - loyal to a fault, which I value, but I think Fu knows that his future depends on those guys he's now hiring. Beamer was golden with the fans/donors and even he had to fire some guys he didn't want to fire.
