Didn't close in the early 70's

Had a major ice storm. Had class. People fell all over the place. Even had ice on the dorm windows. Tree limbs made loud cracking noise when they fell. And no paths, and definitely no lights, across the drillfield. It was the best of times. It was the worst of times.
