Lounge smokers


Planning to smoke some pork butts tomorrow and need advice on how y’all keep it warm after pulling and chopping it. Don’t want it to dry out but want it to stay warm between the time I pull it and everyone arrives to eat. Was thinking of putting in aluminum trays covered in foil in the oven on lowest setting, 175F
