Helped a bud mount his new Samsung TV on his wall.

He had an existing wall mount, so all we had to do was to move the two brackets from one TV to the other. The problem? Samsung didn't include the screws that go into the back of the TV. It had legs to sit it on a table, but not the means to mount it...lol

He bought it at Best Buy, so we went there trying to find out what we needed. They finally called in their Geek Squad guy, who helped diagnose the problem. If you looked at the back of the TV, it doesn't even look like there are threads in the holes. We initially thought there was some strange Samsung plugs that are used, per a picture in the owner's manual. Guess if you complain enough, the people will just give you screws to get you out of their store...lol.

He's pretty happy now. Went from a ~43" plasma to a 55" QLED Sammy. Incredible picture!
