Mekhi earned the only point in the 1st with a single leg where Gantt did his best impression of Mekhi hopping around on one leg, but our guy got the step out.

In the 2nd, 1 point for Mekhi on the shot clock, then 1 for Gantt on a shot clock. Gantt did get a good single leg, but thankfully Mekhi got it back down and kept it in bounds. There was a good scramble at the end where Mekhi almost finished a takedown, then on Gantt's scramble he made it interesting but couldn't get the takedown himself. If Gantt got either the stepout or takedown he would have won.
