and get a smiley face for that. (No, I mean a real smiley face on my bill!!!) so if I feel like spending $47 on a hot, steamy shower every once in a while, I should be able too without BGE getting all bent out of shape.

there's probably somebody out there that keeps their house at 80 all winter long who saved $47 bucks and the power company is fawning all over them.
