What's this?

I know what it's supposed to mean. It's just the usage of it has become so

ubiquitous and lazy (and many times ironic) that it has rendered that meaning obsolete. Mostly it's used now to complain about someone with different viewpoints getting upset... while also getting upset yourself. It's like an ouroboros of lame insults at this point.
