The call was correct, she has to have her feet down in the front court to

establish herself in the front court before catching the ball. It was a mistake to throw her the ball until she had that opportunity. Then again (not sure this is the case) but was she slow getting to the front court and player passing the ball anticipated she would be there when she threw the ball to that spot. But the player with the ball was being doubled (I think my memory serves me correctly on that) and needed to pass the ball to avoid a turnover.
