It all depends on the company and the industry. Where I work if the

company finds out you're interviewing or looking around, you could be let go that same day. I've seen it happen. But then as I've said multiple times, a D1 Head Coach is not the same as your average 9 to 5 job. It's a little bit CEO, little bit spokesman, little bit motivational speaker, little bit HR, etc. and it all plays out on a much more public stage.
