Retail industry is full of dummies
Have yOu ever met an exec who has been in retail for thirty years? 😂😂😂😂
Steve Jobs spent a year thinking about how to make a store and mainly thought about everything he hated about retail. He questioned everything, and built prototypes of the first apple store in a warehouse before launching the first one.
Most people in business NEVER think about the customer experience, from packaging to the instructions, to buying it, to having a problems.
This is finally changing, and changing a lot frankly, but I guess not so much in old businesses.
