Commercial application, may require way more than 5k

I brought a Toro for about 4300 and it sucked. I may have gotten a lemon, but I brought it back to Home Depot within 3 days.

I ended up buying a used snapper pro 62 inch wide that was 10 years old for 3500.

It is a beast.
