Good friend from HS worked for Otis. was at the SF game when the quake hit

He had to skip his trip to RVA for a wedding due to emergency calls. He would always get me to say "How's business" so he could say "Up and down".

Since we have an Otis elevator in our building, I think of him every day. But I also think "Pipe down, Otis"
