And Chesterfield really wants to make use of the property. It is across


the highway from the Sportsplex which is already a big multi-state draw. Add this as a "destination" and Chesterfield and the developer think it will make lots of money. I am guessing it gets done in some fashion sooner than later. I think the Sportsplex already has approval to put in a bunch more fields and they are going to add a direct exit off 288 supposedly as well.
