Cael Sanderson feels NCAA should raise the scholarship level to 12 plus....

with 15 being his upper limit. He said this in a recent article that was highlighted on Titter. What say you?? Does wrestling have the pull with the NCAA and the schools to make such a jump (and Title 9 as well)??? I was surprised with 15!!
