Any Loungers retire in your 50s? What were your key actions until SS?


I’m petty sure I have seen posts about some Loungers being retired early. Assuming you aren’t independently wealthy (let’s say no net worth over, say, $2 million), how did you do it? What did you do for health insurance? What did you live on until you could draw from your 401(k)? And what did you do with your time? Were you happy with your decision? What were your biggest challenges? Asking for a friend. TIA.
