in Blacksburg?

IE, when I had dish, if I was on the road I could still sign into my dish account and watch it on a PC or tablet.

And if the issue is you want to put it onto your larger TV in Blacksburg, then some TV that mirrors what's on your phone or tablet could do that just fine.
