Go 30. The spread between 15, 20, and 30 is nothing right now.

Any financial advisor worth a lick will tell you you can do better than 3% with your month. ie. let the banks take the hit. Take your savings and invest it. The gap between a 15 and a 30 right now is like 3/8s of a percent. Not worth it. I have no interest but saving folks cash. Def check out Sebonic. They are the cheapest I have found and I have shopped quite a bit over the years.
