Yeah 3.5 is still better than the 4.25 I was paying


so if the bank is making it on the interest e.g. they got money from the Feds at 3.25% do I care? Could not find a better deal. What you said is correct, money is so cheap to borrow right now that mortgage companies are fighting with one another to provide the best deals because they want the loans on their books.
