Maybe not but

he calls each pitch, rarely lets bullpen guys battle and work it out, & doesn’t seem to have a plan for building a bullpen. Why was Heard yanked after just 1 batter? Yes he walked a guy but he’s been our best & most reliable pitcher last and this year. Show some confidence in the pitcher and let him wriggle out of it like he has before. Why not have relievers start innings clean? Why bring in inexperienced freshmen with guys on base in an ACC contest when you rarely used them in non-conf play?
