I disagree Bob.


The 1st event was a huge decline in demand for oil, early stats are available showing massive reductions in demand.
The 2nd event was OPEC+ emergency meeting to reduce supply to maintain prices in light of the reduced demand.
The 3rd event was carnage at the OPEC meeting with Russia and Saudi getting into a huge spat and the bizarre outcome that they will both flood the market with supply even as demand is falling off a cliff.
