I know this is semantics, but I wouldn't say starts


for sure, but using this data, I still would argue that 60's is the real turning point for serious concern (and I think this mortality rate is way high given the mild symptoms of most and probably would skew the data even higher for older folks). Using the 3 times logic, you could argue that 30's to 40's is a 2x increase so 40 year olds should be concerned. To be fair, as a 51 year old, maybe this is wishful thinking, but I'm personally not too concerned for me at this point. My parents, that's a different story.
