What is the ruling???


Wrestler A is leading Wrestler B, 13-0. Wrestler A puts Wrestler B on
Wrestler B’s back and a fall is imminent. The referee starts the near-fall hand count
and counts at least two seconds. If Wrestler B quickly reversed and pinned Wrestler A. Does B win by fall?? If not, why??
