I’ve been talking to store managers at HT, Target, Walgreen’s

and CVS - and this is a miserably unscientific report - and they all say not only can they not keep the most requested items (TP, disinfectants, etc) on the shelves, but they can’t even get their stock orders filled. Many items have been discontinued. Retail managers hopefully can come up with better and more enforceable limits.
