Federalism. Good test imo

I am in fort mill sc btw. Interesting will be spin that comes next.

1). More test will be take. So more infectious found is inevitable. Will we think that is change in rules or increased testing?
2). Will infected percentage of tested or antibodies found increase or decrease as those tests come onboard? How will that be interpreted?

I suspect everyone will see what they want to see at first. Hope people are objectively looking at least as objective as possible. Important and difficult decisions coming
