So it's get 100% via SBA loan/grant vs 120% vie UEC, but for less time.


What a dilemma for the company. It's almost like the company would be better to pay them to 120%, get it covered by PPA, than back of down the road. AT least it keeps manufacturing going, assuming there's still a demand.

Fortunately in land development engineering, we are booming…...for now. As home buyers get more nervous, sales will drop, builders will slow down, developers will end up with excess lots to sell, and we'll slow down.
