My wife was ill in the middle of February. She finally went to the doctor

because she was having difficulty breathing. Her blood oxygen saturation was 90%, but her lungs were clear. The doctor diagnosed it as influenza. Because she had been sick for so long, the doctor did not do an influenza test.

The doctor was probably right--there's a higher probability that she had the flu than COVID-19. However, the blood oxygen level makes us question it.
