One example of the state-driven confusion: In some states, masks are required. In other states, they are only required for roles that interact with the public. In still other states, they are not required but we have employees asking if they can wear them. In some states, the state doesn't require them but the city where we have a plant does require them. In some locations, where masks are mandated, employees don't want to wear them. In our offices, where we are not supposed to be yet some people are beginning to sneak back, some people wear masks and others don't, so we want to tell people don't go back unless necessary and if you do, you must wear a mask.
